Hotel

Most participants stay at the Mountain House. The workshop has reserved a block of 40 single and 40 double rooms. Reservations should be made before September 15, 2007. After this date, reservations will be accepted on a space available basis only. Reservations must be made by contacting the hotel directly. When making reservations, please identify yourself as part of the IEEE group to obtain the workshop rate.

ROOM RATES
$239.00 Single Rate, Per Person
$189.00 Double Rate, Per Person

These rates are Full American plan rates, which include three consecutive meals daily, beginning with dinner on the day of arrival through lunch on the day of departure. Credit is not extended for missed meals. Daily room and board rates quoted above are subject to applicable state and local taxes and service charge (15%).

Additional daily charges will apply for each additional person (up to four people per room), as follows:

Children Under 4: Stay Free
Children 4 - 12 years old: $82.00 per person
Children/Adult 13 & Over: $146.00 per person

Daily room and board rates quoted above are non-commissionable, net rates, subject to applicable state and local taxes and service charge (15%).

DRESS CODE
Attendees who are arriving early or staying late should be aware that the Mountain House requires gentlemen to wear jackets for dinner in the main dining room. However, because the workshop has its own dining room for dinner, jackets are not required during the workshop.

CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT
Check-in begins after 4:00 pm, and check-out time is 2:00 pm. Participants may arrive earlier than the check-in time; the Mountain House will store any baggage until the rooms are ready.

The most convenient way from abroad is to take a flight to
the Stewart International Airport in Newburgh (SWF/KSWF).

Mohonk Mountain House is 25 miles from the Stewart International Airport, 70 miles from Albany Airport, and less than 100 miles from New York City area airports.
