- July 20th : registration deadline for authors only
- July 21st : registration open for non-authors
- August 14th : end of registration window
Note: If you are not an author, then when asked for your EDAS number, just make one up, e.g., 0000.
Note: Each paper must have at least one author registered at a non-student price. One non-student price registration can cover no more than three papers.

After registering for the conference, participants MUST arrange their accommodation and/or meals with Mohonk Mountain House by clicking HERE.
Conference Rates for October 18-21, 2015:
Single Occupancy $301.00 per night
Double Occupancy $484.00 for two people, per night
Note: These rates are Full American plan rates, which include three consecutive meals daily, beginning with dinner on the day of arrival through lunch on the day of departure. Credit is not extended for missed meals. Daily room and board rates quoted above are subject to applicable state and local taxes and gratuity (12%).
Attendees and accompanying guests who choose not to stay at the Mohonk Mountain House MUST STILL complete and fax the “Day Attendee Fee” form.
Important Note: The Day Attendee Fee and Dinner Charge need to be paid directly to Mohonk Mountain House before the Workshop. You will not be allowed in the Mohonk park if you have not done any reservation with them. Note that if you do not stay at Mountain House, this implies that you will rent a car, as there is no public transportation system (the hotel shuttle can only drive you to/from the bus station the first and last day).
Visa letters
If you require a Visa letter to travel to WASPAA, you will have the opportunity to request it through the registration website.
