I just wanted to write you a brief note to say how pleased I was with your operation. You recently duplicated the CD-ROM proceedings for the IEEE 1997 Mohonk Audio Workshop, for which I was on the organizing committee. I admit that I chose you on the basis of price, but if I had known about your quality of service, that would have been equal inducement. Our CD-ROMs were perfect, your completion of the order was extremely prompt, and your flexibility and helpfulness in answering my questions on this, my first foray into CD-ROM production, were much appreciated.
