The IEEE Workshop on Applications of Signal Processing to Audio and Acoustics (WASPAA) is a highly-regarded bi-annual event
hosted by the Audio and Acoustic Signal Processing Committee of the IEEE Signal Processing Society since 1986. This year marks a
historic change of location. The Lake Tahoe area is known for its outstanding beauty, which does not pale in comparison to
WASPAA’s former home on the East coast. We hope that this new location will successfully reproduce the beloved atmosphere
that has characterized WASPAA since its inception, with an intimate setting that encourages fruitful conversations between
leading researchers in audio and acoustic signal processing from both academia and industry. Although smaller in scale
compared to flagship conferences such as ICASSP, WASPAA remains a must-attend event for anyone in this research community.
WASPAA 2025 organizers are optimizing corporate sponsorships to benefit conference attendees and patrons. The enhanced
sponsorship opportunities increase sponsor visibility during the event and support outreach and community service goals. The
three-tiered sponsorship structure includes:

| Spotlight minutes during the dinner or the after-dinner reception: Each gold patron gets to sponsor one of the three all-hands dinners or one of the three all-hands after- dinner receptions. Company representatives get spotlight minutes during the event. | O | ||
| Right to sponsor a keynote or best (student) paper award: Gold patrons have the option to sponsor and name after their company one of the following: 1) the best paper award, 2) one of the 2 best student paper awards, or 3) one of the 3 keynote speeches. | O | ||
| Student and Young Professional Travel Grant Sponsorships: WASPAA 2025’s Diversity & Inclusion Committee will provide travel grants to students, young professionals, and underrepresented participants. Gold and Silver sponsorships will contribute to 4 and 2 grants, respectively, through the IEEE Signal Processing Society and IEEE Foundation. | O | O | |
| Grouped sponsorship of coffee breaks and lunches: Small groups of Silver patrons will be acknowledged during each of the coffee breaks or lunches as supporting refreshments and snacks/desserts. | O | ||
| Advanced registration: We reserve up to two hotel rooms per gold sponsor and one for other sponsors, so the company representatives will have the opportunity of registering for the conferences and booking their accommodation at their expense before the general public, guaranteeing their opportunity to attend the conference. | O | O | O |
| Company Logos and Mentions during welcome/closing sessions: The workshop website will present the company logos with their corresponding tier information to maximize visibility. This will also include a clear indication of the individual components that the patron chooses to support. We will mention each sponsor during the welcome and closing sessions. | O | O | O |
