Granlibakken Tahoe
Participants are strongly encouraged to stay at Granlibakken Tahoe. Reservations will be handled through a special website (a link will be provided later). After all rooms in our block are taken, reservations will be accepted on a space-available basis only. Reservations must be made by contacting the hotel directly using the provided URL.

Meals
All meals (Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner) will be served at the Granlibakken Tahoe.
Most of the expenses for the meals are included in the workshop registration, with the rest being included in the hotel rates.
Attendees who are not staying at Granlibakken Tahoe will need to pay a daily charge to cover the rest of the meal expenses.
Check-in/check-out
Check-in begins after 4:00 pm, and check-out time is 11:00 am. Participants may arrive earlier than the check-in time; Granlibakken Tahoe will do their best to accommodate early check-in and late check-out at no additional charge, subject to room availability. If early check-in or late checkout is not possible, the hotel will provide secure luggage storage.
Getting there
The hotel is accessible in roughly 1 hour by shuttle service (North Lake Tahoe Express) from Reno International Airport. Fares are $99 one-way for 1 person, with discounts down to $55 one-way per person for 5-11 people. Reservations are required at least 24 hours in advance. Book online or call 833-709-8080.
It’s also possible to drive from Sacramento (100 miles) or San Francisco (200 miles). Parking at the resort is free.
